Mohammad Shydul Islam is the Co-Founder & Chairman of Square Space Properties Ltd. and Square Space Travels, bringing over 15 years of dynamic leadership in real estate sales, marketing, and client service. A postgraduate in Management from Dhaka College (2008), he began his journey in the property sector with a passion for excellence and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Throughout his career, Mr. Islam has held key positions at some of Bangladesh’s leading real estate companies—including Rupayan Group, Asset Developments, and BNS Properties Ltd.—where he consistently set benchmarks in performance, earning accolades such as Top Salesperson, Best Team Leader, and Highest Revenue Contributor.
Driven by a vision to redefine industry standards and integrate innovation, technology, and transparency, Mr Islam co-founded Square Space on December 13, 2023, with a commitment to delivering trustworthy, client-focused, and modern solutions across the real estate and travel sectors. His leadership is defined by strategic foresight, integrity, and a dedication to building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Md. Sohel Rana is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Square Space Properties Ltd. and Square Space Travels, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate sales, business development, and digital marketing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Aligarh Muslim University, India (2013), and began his career in sales with SBT Japan Co., a multinational global car exporter, where he managed sales operations in the Tanzanian market.
Throughout his career, Mr Rana has held key roles at leading real estate companies, including Asset Developments, Bproperty.com, and Rupayan Group, consistently delivering exceptional sales performance and earning recognition for his leadership and client-centric approach. He is also certified in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing by Google, leveraging his Digital Marketing, Digital Branding, Logo & Graphic Design and Web Development skills to enhance Square Space’s market presence and client engagement.
